IHS ILR/T2 dependent

Post by littlebirdy » Sat Jun 22, 2019 12:17 pm

Hi all,
Doing the renewal of my husband's T2 dependency (I have since gone to ILR but he has a few months left before he can) and there doesn't appear to be an option on the IHS site to choose my visa as being ILR. I assume that I should just pick T2(General) as that was what I was on before, and give a 3 year expiry date rather than my BRP expiry date of 2024?

Thanks!

Immigration health surcharge

Post by littlebirdy » Mon Jun 24, 2019 11:01 am

I realised that I may have put this in the wrong forum before, apologies if posting it to the right one is incorrect.

I've been doing the renewal of my husband's T2 dependency (I have since gone to ILR but he has a few months left before he can apply for ILR) and there doesn't appear to be an option on the immigration health surcharge site to choose my visa as being ILR. I assume that I should just pick T2(General) as that was what I was on before, and give a 3 year expiry date rather than my ILR BRP expiry date of 2024? (It was mentioned in another thread that there were some glitches with the new IHS site.)

Thanks!

Tier 2 Sub forum is the correct place for Tier 2 dependent queries. I have merged your posts.

You select the last visa you held and give a 3 years expiry, ie. 2022, for your ILR BRP.
