Hi Team
I have one more question in relation to cohabitation. Hope this is the last one...
1. To prove Cohabitation - The documents should it be for continuous 2 year period or can it be for more than two years but at regular Intervals.?
2. I moved to a new property to a different part of the country in the last year - Tenancy Agreement is in my Name and my Wife's name is mentioned as a permitted occupier as she didn't have a job at the time, can this be included to prove cohabitation.
Council tax bill is in both names, we have one joint account - the statements cover for about 12 months.
3.Anything beyond 12 Months , i got tenancy agreement in both names from the old property for more than 2 years, because it was a shared property, i don't have any utility Bills in our names or any council tax bills. can my wife use both our payslips (which has got the address), any HMRC Letter, polling cards, also any available Bank statements to cover the rest of the 2 year period.
4. Also can any documents beyond 2 years be submitted, like utility bills and countil tax Statement..
Please Advise
Many Thanks once again
