Working in Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hello,

Myself and my son both are in ICT Tier 2 Dependent Visa and our visa is valid till next year Dec 2020.

My husband project got ended and he has to return back to India by 15th July.

Since my son will appear GCSE next year and I would like my son to complete GCSE here. I am also working in Tesco.

Can we continue to stay here at UK and work even though my husband (main applicant) return back to India.

Request for quick response please.

As long as Leave hasn’t expired and they haven’t curtail it. Note that you cannot re-enter the UK on it.

However, they do expect dependants to return with the main holder.

Hi,

I am working on tier 2 ICT dependant visa in an IT company and have visa validity till 2022. My husband’s current project is ending so he may go back to India but he will surely come again for another project within the same company.My question is Can I stay here with my kids and work here until my husband get another project and come back? It may take a month or so for him to get another project
