Immigration query for dependent via -

Hi,
I have a query related to my ILR eligibility duration.
Initially, I came to the UK in March 2013 on Tier 2 ICT visa and my husband was on ICT dependent.
Then later in August 2014, my husband got his Tier 2 general visa and next month(July 2019) going to complete 5 years on Tier general and will be applying for ILR.

But I switched from Tier 2 ICT main to Tier 2 general visa in May 2015 and so will complete 5 years on Tier 2 general dependent in May 2020 (while my current Tier 2 dependent visa valid until Jan 2020)

Since we have been living together in the UK since March 2013(Total 6+ years, last 4 years as Tier 2 general dependent and before 2+ years on Tier 2 ICT main), So will I be eligible for ILR immediately after my husband applies for ILR in July 2019 ?

Or will i have to complete 5 years as Tier 2 general dependent(with a visa extension before Jan 2020) and apply for ILR in April/May 2020. ?

No you will not.

Yes, you must have 5 years as PBS dependent. ICT does not count for or towards 5 years ILR. Your PBS Dependent extension will be for 3 years.

I have one more question based on earlier clarification. We have 2 children(Not born in UK), As I understand we will have to extend the Tier 2 extension in Jan 2020 for them also.
But if my Husband gets British citizenship by Next year(July 2020, 1 year after ILR), So will the children be directly eligible for British citizenship based on my Husband British citizenship status or Will they have to apply 1st for ILR along with me.

No, they need ilr first.
