4 months issued Tier 2 visa changing employer applying for a new tier 2

Hi,

i have a tier 2 visa issued in march 2019. now i got a new job offer with higher salary. will i be able to apply for a new tier 2 visa for another employer even if my current visa is only 4 months?

Yes, provided the new sponsor has meet all the requirements to sponsor you, ie RLMT etc to issue a UCoS. You will also have to pay visa and IHS fees again.
