Tier 2 ICT Dependant to Representative of Overseas Business Main

Hi All,

My husband holds a Tier 2 ICT since 2017. Me and my son are his dependants. I was wondering if I can apply for Representative of an Overseas Business visa in UK ?

On this page => https://www.gov.uk/representative-overseas-business , it states that "you cannot switch to this visa from any other visa category" but I am wondering if this is for the main applicant or not ?

You can't switch within the UK

Presumably as you are in the UK, how are you an overseas representative employed by a company in your home country??
