Travelling closer to expiry of Tier-2 dependent visa

Post by sabi27 » Sun Jun 30, 2019 12:08 am

Hi all,

Background: I am on ILR, my wife is on my tier-2 dependant visa and my British born daughter is British passport holder. My wife's visa renewal is due in Jan 2020. We are planning to travel outside country in mid-Oct returning on 26th Dec keeping our absences in mind.

Question: Would my wife be allowed to enter in the country given about only 3 weeks left on her visa? what is the rule if there is any regarding this?

Many thanks in advance as always.

She can enter as long as she has a valid visa.
