Accommodation questions

Post by jesseg » Tue Jul 02, 2019 12:23 am

I'm currently in the UK as a student and my partner and I are working on applying for the unmarried partner visa. I'm a little confused about what we need to provide in regards to where we live. The flat we live in is owned by my partner, along with his parents and sister (they are all listed on the title deed for the flat), however we are the only ones who live there. There is no mortgage on the flat. Since my partner owns the flat and we currently live there, do we need letters from the other owners saying they are okay with me living there?
