I applied priority service for spouse vise
First I refused my case in company I work they says you are they share holder my Solicater says don’t go for appeal it’s takes more then a years I decided to I reapply for spouses vis then

That's good news, only about 26 days after your clearance email. Curious, what was the huge mistake that Casa stopped?

Basically I wrongly thought that bank statements with payslips are an extra item, surely the government would just crosscheck with HMRC to verify that Pay is correct. So I made the online application on March 31st 2019, and used my March pay (paid same date) to meet the income requirement. But because my statements don’t come until the 7th, I wasn’t going to attach a corresponding payslip until Casa corrected me,

Well i was doing some research online, as you do when your worried for your application outcome, and i had read somewhere that 1 way of indicating the outcome of your application before collecting passport is if they include another reference number, and mostly a new one you dont have before it means your visa is granted. as that new ref number is your visa ref number until you collect your brp card, so im guessing 1 way for the staff to track your visa... something along these lines.

But yes i would like to say when i got my first email regarding my husbands passport collection i was unaware of this but when i look back at the email it was true for us. Our email only had our GWF00XXXXXXX number, didnt also seem so formal or like an offical email with the layout and the way the subject was put and indeed my husbands visa was refused the first time round.

But from what you are saying i thinking your visa ja granted and if so, many congratulations and good luck ☺

@FatimahHussainSami - perhaps so. but the reference of CRM: xxx is no way quoted in my visa or the immigration letter.
@rezuan88 - looking at the timelines, your should be granted anytime from now. good luck and pray for you.

We are thankful to the everyone who contributed to the forum. And thanks to Casa001 who helped us to avoid double payment to IHS - upon payment of IHS, we entered the PR's expiry date according to what is reflected in the sponsor's BRP card. the computation of the IHS payment was doubled as compare to what we should have paid. Casa001 advised us to key in the expiry date within 2 years from the date of our application and in order to do that, we had to abandon our original online application and resubmit a new one.

Here are some tips we hope can help those in the process of application:-
a) VFS scanning service in Malaysia - my husband left his document (mixed of original and digital)(except for his passport and BRP card) with me in Malaysia, we submitted the document via VFS scanning service in Kuala Lumpur. for his passport and BRP card, we only submitted a photocopy (we did some extra by getting them certified true copy by a lawyer in Malaysia).

b) the answer by UKVI helpline is not absolute - we called them on 26/6/2019 and the answer given was negative but in fact, our visa was already approved on 25/6/2019.

I know was bank holidays and in March was Easter holidays as well I am not sure now how many days but I have submitted my husbands application on the 7th of March and his biometric was on the 15th of March it was non priority application and I have applied trough the lawyer I have phone my lawyer to he is saying wait until end of this month I didn’t receive any call from HO neither my employer god knows m so scared wats going on with our application my heart beat fast when I think about to contacting them honestly it’s so stressful this period of time .

I have phone HO and they ask me my husband passport Num and his GWF and IHS Num date of birth and date when we applied which was 7th of March and his biometric was on 12th n they says it’s been over 12weeks now with in 15 working days they will let me know if the application is Daley or refused I am so stressed is anyone els contacted HO and got same response and what will happen after 15 days I am worried ??

I have phone HO and they ask me my husband passport Num and his GWF and IHS Num date of birth and date when we applied which was 7th of March and his biometric was on 12th n they says it’s been over 12weeks now with in 15 working days they will let me know if the application is Daley or refused I am so stressed is anyone els contacted HO and got same response and what will happen after 15 days I am worried ??

Hi. I have emailed Home office and said we should get reply to the email in 72 hours. Today those 72 hours were over and we phoned them. I told my solicitor to phone on my behalf as i was working. We phoned them 2 times and no one picked our call! First at 2pm we waited 20 mins and we was just placed in a queue then we tried again at 4pm and again the same. Now i am going to try my luck on Monday. I am honestly also stressed out even though my case has not been as long as your one but we paid for priority still they don't give it any value. I hope you get a good answer InshaAllah! Did you email the home office before and did they reply to your email?
