I lived in the UK previously as a dependant on my ex-husband's ancestral visa. Our marriage broke down, my visa got curtailed, and I returned to South Africa.
I now have a British fiance and I have applied for a settlement fiance visa. The wedding was planned for September, and I was hoping to apply for a priority visa in order to get me to the UK in time for the wedding. The visa application centre advises me to not apply for a priorty visa as I've had a visa curtailed.
I submitted my application, but both myself and fiance thought it would be best to move the wedding in case I don't get to the UK in time.
I see that supporting documents can still be sent to Sheffield. Is it best to leave my application as is and hope it doesn't get declined because of the date, or to submit the supporting documents for the change of date and hope it doesn't get declined as the date now doesn't match the date on my application?
Thank you.
