Apply spouse visa extension with council rented accommodation

Post by spreekhan » Tue Jul 02, 2019 1:00 pm

Hi.
I have house from council I'm paying rent .
Rental agreement on my name only.
I want to apply my wife and daughter first visa extension.

Does this count as public funds on their visa.
I meet financial requirements.

And my second question.

When my daughter and wife get extension.
On ILR I need to meet again income requirements.
Or just completed 5 year basis they get ILR.

My second child born in UK have British passport.
Thankx

No issue as its in your name only but you will need NOC letter from council to allow your wife & daughter to live there.

Financial requirement will need to be met throughout from 1st spouse visa application to ILR (SET M) application.
