Hi mostar,
What supporting documents you have submitted with you eu settlement scheme family permit application.
Thanks.
Just translated marriage certificate,passport,ID card,copy of my husband passport and copy of his payslipe.That's all. We are married for 15 years and we have two kids. That is way I thought that is easy,cause its not like I have to prove that I am married because of EU documents.
Hi mortar,
Did you submit your husband's passport and his payslips on the day of your biometrics and documents submission day or you submitted husband's passport and payslips after reading this forum and receiving " Not straightforward Application" e-mail.
I think people have to prove that relationship is geniune doesn't matter for how long you are married and how many kids you have. You have to show paper proof like chatting, e-mails sent to you by your husband, gifts receipts, plane tickets, money transfer, marriage photographs, etc
Well,it wouldnt be a problem if they ask me to send it,for example they could write"Bring much more evidence of your marriage" or something like that,how could I know,I thought ok,I will apply step by step and so I did.I gave them right away in TLS. Maybe I am stupid,I dont know.But if they rejected me,I will be smart next time,send them like a milion pictures and chat from the day we met.Oh and off course I will pay for the priority service.Never mind,like I said,Im just a little bit frustrated.
Best of like to all of you with your applications :)

@leonshah

I'm applying for EU settlement scheme family permit as my wife is already in the UK since January and she has obtained the pre-settled status.

Can you shed more light on this to help people planning to apply? As we can all benefit from a detailed info.

Thanks a bunch

My wife had two rejections even though we submitted a lot of papers. Third time we used an immigration lawyer and got positive response in under a week (not 15 working days like everyone said it would take). Would suggest everyone to get a lawyer for peace of mind.
Abimfol,
Are you applying for EEA family permit or for eu settlement scheme family permit?

@hesli30,
What I understood by information available on internet that when you apply for eu settlement scheme family permit you have to prove relationship more than to provide proof that your husband is exercising eu treaty rights (working). If you apply eea family permit then you have to provide both proof of relationship & proof of husband's job ( pay slips job contract bla bla).
This is my observation by reading all the informations available on gov.uk website. I might be wrong.

Hi,
I saw you have submitted more documents to proof your husband's financial situation ( job contract, payslips, bank statement etc), you should focus on proving your relationship.

@Hesli30,

That means @Leonshah was right. Now it's clear to me that EU settlement scheme family permit is all about proving your relationship. I wish you good luck. But you did send your marriage certificate why are they requesting it again?

Anyway, I pray you get a positive response from them.

Hi guys..

Just want to update my application:
June 28- Biometric(scanning and uploading documents-i paid the tls)
June 28- Application transferred to UKVI
July 2- Application received at UK Decision making center(Application is currently being prepared for consideration by an ECO)

Until now i did not receive any email from them..im already worried..Basically,how many days they gonna decide the application?..And if you received not straightforward email from them, what does it mean?..for now,no follow up email from them..

Hopefully my application is okay..
