Civil partnership

Post by Baraga » Thu Jul 04, 2019 9:58 am

Hello,

I am living and working at the UK on an EXEMPT visa basis (diplomat). My partner has an Irish passport and he is living in the UK for 2 years now.

In case we will live at least 2 years together and could prove genuine relationship, could I stay in the UK once i'll finish my term (which means my exempt visa will no longer be valid)?

Thanks!
B.

Maybe than it will be too late as Brexit is already on head. Current EU policies might not work then??
