UK Family visit visa for Parents application requirements

Hi All,

I am planning to apply 6months UK visit visa to my father-in-law (65yrs) I would like to know what documents I need to supply for his application, as I know I did below to my mother-in-law in the past can you please guide me.
1) sponsor letter ( invitation )
2) Salary slips X3 for both ( me and my wife)
3) bank statements X3 months ( both)
4) utility bill, Tenancy contract etc..

What evidence of ties to home country will he submit (property, pension, income, employment, social, family etc etc)??

What evidence of ties to home country will he submit (property, pension, income, employment, social, family etc etc)??

Pension, no properties on his name, kids & Wife is in India will that be enough?
