Hi, I have applied pervious Tier1ILR and I have varied my application to FLR(FP). My wife was on dependent visa. she applied for ILR as been my dependent, so when i varried my application solicitor told me to apply only for me and he said we can apply for your wife application later. My application has been accepted and solitor got the letter for acceptance and by mistake they have sent my wife's passport to the solicitor and then UKVI emailed to my solicitor asking for my wife passport back. Now solicitor has applied for my wife's FLR(FP), my question is that is there a chance for my wife's application refuse? and she becomes overstayer? she is going to finish her 10 years on 16th Sep. I believe if her status stays legal she can apply SET LR on 20th Aug? Can please somebody share their expensive and also would be really appreciated if senior members can give advice.
