(Please see Note 8 below) but no Note 8 in the ILR form!

Dear All,

I am not sure if I am the only one with this issue? The ILR form states (about the letter from Tier 2 general employer):

"confirmation that this is at or above the
appropriate rate for the job as stated in the
codes of practice for Tier 2 sponsors. (See
note 8 below)"

The problem is that THERE IS NO NOTE 8 anywhere in the application form or any links to it. Am I not looking right? How come gov.uk has this "please see Note 8 below" but no Note 8?

I am really puzzled. Can someone help me out?

Please note:
1. I called the phone number provided and they were not able to help me. They said they don't know where to look. I contacted the IT support and they said that "no technical issues have been found"
2. Please don;t provide additional guidance how the employer Tier 2 ILR letter should look like. I am only interested to know where to locate the mysterious Note 8. It looks like another way to complicate things

Which SET(O) form are you using ?? You MUST NOT use the withdrawn paper forms . You must apply online

For you information I found that an old SET(O) paper form (from 2014) had the same line but pointing to the point 9 instead.
