Residency for Citizenship of Minor with Naturalized Parent: Form 9

For applying Irish Citizenship of minor child (14 yr old) with a parent as naturalized citizen, Form 9 should be used. I have some questions :

1. Can the child's stay in Ireland that was more than 10 years ago be used / added to current stay to meet the 3 year residency period required for Form9 ?

2. Does the child need to stay 1 year in Ireland before applying ?

3. Is the reckonable-residence criterion applicable for Form 9 - it does not seem to say so in the Form 9 http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/form-CTZ ... m-CTZ4.pdf, but says "Your child
should generally have 3 or more years residence in the State prior to the date of application" ?
