SET (M) application & new job

Hi everyone,

I submitted my SET (M) online application last week and had a biometric appointment couple of days ago. I’m in sort of pickle now as I have just received a new job offer and signed contract yesterday for which I had an interview earlier. it wasn’t mentioned in any cover letters to UKVI as there was no job offer at the time of submission of application.

Can someone please advise if it will affect my application and do I need to write a cover letter to UKVI and include my job offer and new contract?

Please note that my wife and I (applicant) both earn above financial requirement but I had only included my employment in the application.
