FLR(M) – cohabitation evidence

Post by alivis2015 » Sat Jul 13, 2019 2:55 pm

Can somebody explain this properly please.

'' Items of correspondence addressed to Mrs X and Mr X at the same address as evidence you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together, covering the last 2 years".

I understand I need to cover 2 years worth of cohabitation. From when? Since last grant of leave..... So when applicant arrived in UK? Doing this means I will miss approx 6 months worth of doc prior to application.
So say if I apply now... 2 years would be January 17 to January 19..... Its July now so from Feb 19 to July 19 not necessary?

It does clearly state the last 2 years, meaning the two years immediately before date of application.!!

Thanks CR001

I was planning on doing from date of entry. The guidance is complexly laid out. When it starts going or or, you loose track with what's happening with the sentence.
I've read too many posts and confusing my self as well.

Anyhow thanks again,
