Immigration skill charge for a previous Tier 4 holder

Hello,

I have switched from Tier 4 to a Tier 2 visa, and the process was fairly easy, as my employer was exempt from RLMT and from paying Immigration skill charge.

I am looking to extend my Tier 2 with the same sponsor, and I have read that the sponsor won't need to carry out RLMT, I am not sure about the Immigration skill charge though.

I would appreciate it If somebody can give me an idea whether or not my case exempt my sponsor from paying the Immigration skill charge, if I look to extend the sponsorship with them.
