Tier 4 Dependent visa IELTS/English

Hello Everyone,

1) I need an advice for Tier 4 (General) dependent visa, do i need to produce IELTS / English test results as part of visa application?

2) As a tier 4 General visa applicant, do i need to show some bank statements / bank passbook? or i can show 100% education loan from a bank ?

I don't know where you are getting that idea, but no. The eligibility criteria are listed at https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/family-members

There are 5 possible options for showing evidence of money. See the Tier 4 Policy Guidance, paragraph 108.
