UK Standard Visitor Visa - Mult Entries in Short time

Post by Junaidrai » Mon Jul 15, 2019 11:00 am

Hello Everyone,

I hope you guys are keeping well.

I needed some suggestions for my Brother's UK Standard Visitor Visa (MULT).

He got UK Visit visa back in May'19 and Visited me in Jun'19 for 28 days as stated in the Visa application and went back to Germany to continue his studies (where he is living as an international student).

We are planning to travel together in Oct'19 to Pakistan to attend a marriage party.

Is it okay for him to travel In UK (stay with me for few days) and then we travel together to Pakistan and then he comes back with me to UK (again stay with me for few days) and then go back to Germany. All this will happen before his Visit Visa expires and he has got "MULT" stamped on his Visa Vignette.

Route will be as follows:-

Ger>>UK>>Pak>>UK>>Ger

Is he allowed to do this? Can someone please advise so I can make my decision on booking tickets.

I appreciate your kindest help.

Kind Regards,
JR

I think yes it may work because he has legal basis in Germany.
