PBS Dependant - Partner - IHS Surcharge

Hi. looking foward for your prompt response.
I'm applying for my Tier 2 PBS DEPENDENT visa extension which expires on 12th Aug 2019. My husband has already filled his application and is waiting for his decision.
Now, when I'm making an IHS payment it is asking for GBP 600 for one year, although it should be 400. Just like my husband has paid.
I'm entering the visa expiry date as 13th Aug 2020, as mentioned on his Certificate of Sponsorship.

I am having the same problem,I paid 500 pounds for my wife,I called them and they weren't helpful at all so now I've emailed them which I know would be a wastage of money as well.
