Tier 4 General degree certificate

Hi my friend want to apply to study in the UK for masters. However he has lost his degree certificate and only has his transcripts with him. For the visa application would he need to show both transcripts and degree certificate or just transcript is ok? Thank you.

This is a question for him (not you) to ask of his Tier 4 sponsor university. It depends what evidence of his qualifications they need to see.
