Tier2 SOE 2139

Hi Everyone,
Need your urgent guidance on SOE 2139. I have applied for Tier2 visa under SOE 2139. Just got to know SOE 2139 comes under both categories. But, my job description falls under Non-Shortage Occupation List (Software testing).
However, I have submitted my online application and paid all fee and selected YES for the Shortage Occupation List.
Please suggest, do I need to cancel my application and reapply? If Yes, will it be possible for you to suggest how to cancel the Application?
Your quick response would be highly appreciated.
