ILR financial requirement query

Hi I am completely new to this but need some help...very desperate!

We are able to apply for ILR for spouse in sept 2019 (as 5 years will be up in Uk, even though extension runs out on 29 jan 2020).

I am on 17,250 contracted salary but being made redundant as of August but as of July I have an ‘unsalaried’ hourly pay job. My spouse (the applicant) is also on unsalaried pay and has chnaed jobs so have 2 months without pay.

My question is can we combine my salaried and his unsalaried payslips and show 12 months payslips?

Also I have been on maternity so I understand I can show 4 months recent payslips and 2 months before maternity?
