My 5 years spouse visa is finishing in a month time. I would like to apply for settlement in the UK.
I have done some research and found this list on the forum, but I worry a lot about missing out on anything.
it would be much appreciated if you can clarify it for me that would really help me to have a peace of mind.
Thank you.

1. Is bank statement required from me or my husband? if so, how much month? 6 months for both + the corresponding 6 months payslips.
2. How many bills do I need to provide that have both of our name on it? Does it need to be across the entire five years? (Gas / Electricity / Water Bills /Council Tax) Proof of joint address over the previous 2 years. Either 6 items in joint names, or 6 each (12 in total) if in single names. These should be spread as evenly as possible over the 2 years period and from at least 3 different sources. These can be items such as utility bills, credit card/bank statements, tenancy agreement, GP/hospital letters etc.
3. A solicitor said I need to pay an independent firm to verify my degree certificate. is it necessary? I have used to the same certificate to apply for my spouse visa and it was fine. Not required as you have a degree awarded in the UK.
4. Do I need to include photo album to prove the authenticity of the relationship? No
5. Do I need to submit my husband's passport? A colour copy will be accepted.
Have I miss anything important?? Thank you for your time.

Do I also need to submit tenancy agreement? My friend has been subletting the flat to us, we don't have a formal contract and pay in cash each month. we have got all the utility bills are under me and my husband's name. is it enough?
