After ILR, how long current sponsor need to run payroll

Hi All,

After we get ILR, next couple of months is current sponsor needs to run any payroll?
Can I come out from the employer next day after getting ILR?

Example: I got PR on 22 July, can resign to company next day, is there any issue if employer not run payroll for July?

Any links related information would help me. thanks in advance.

So if I want, I can leave current employer/sponsor next day once I receive ILR. Good to know.
