My wife is woking in uk from the last 3 months. She is maintaing 600 plus in her bank account but not its less than 650 GBP. Can i apply for a spouse visa with this balance statement? If not any other option for applying visa?

My wife is working in uk and now i need to apply for a spouse visa. She did not maintain her bank balace as required for visa. And in her cos they mention y for suporting depands. And if she get a letter from HR i can apply before completing 90 days of her employment or not?
