Refused Visit Visa under V4.2 (a), (c), (e) and V4.3 (a)

Dear All,
I have been refused for a UK visit visa under V4.2 (a), (c), (e) and V4.3 (a).
I am currently a student at University due to complete my masters on 2020.
I have provided a letter from my University, my bank statements for the last 3 months showing a closing balance of £4000, and an invitation letter from my sponsor (my mum's cousin in the UK) as well as her bank statements and financial evidence.
Although I am a student, I work as a freelance programmer online, and most of my savings and monthly payments originate from my employment, however, since I am not officially registered as self employed in my country, I didn't emphasise on my work and I declared that my main job is student, which is the case.
The case worker tried to reach my sponsor by phone, however, my sponsor has missed the call, and there was no second attempt from the UKVI to reach her.
I would like to reapply again, but I would like some help:
- Do I need to declare my freelance work?
- What other supporting documents do I need to provide?
I am really keen to visit London, and I was really disappointed by the decision, however, since my sponsor missed the call, and once we searched on this form, we found out that if the call is missed, they always reject, which unfortunately was the case.
Any insight would be appreciated.

I would like to reapply again, any guidance will be appreciated.
I have started my freelance work in April 2019, and I haven't registered in my country, so I didn't declare it and only stated that I am a student and I have savings.
I am worried if I reapply and include it, it will be rejection for failing to state it in the first application.

V4.2 a,c & e - You will have to prepare your application very carefully now.

Normally bank statements should be for 6months and did you explain the deposits/savings where that came from?

Sponsor is a one part of application. They will look at your circumstances. Did you submit any evidence of being in contact with the sponsor? Because V4.3 a is about your genuine relationship with sponsor.

Mainly you will have to present your personal, social & economic circumstances.

I haven’t explained the origin of the deposits as I am not freelance registered in my country, would it okay to apply again and explain it and provide an accountant letter? I didn’t bother registering before as I am still a student and there was no need for me to. I can provide my bank statements for the last 6 months, as well as the online transfers I transfer from my online account (stamped by an accountant) as I am an app developer. I am worried this will not be accepted as I didn’t disclose it in my first application.
As for the U.K. sponsor, the person inviting me is my mum’s cousin, I referred to her as a relative, in terms of evidence, what can I provide? With my first application I have provided her passport copy, bank statements, and invitation letter.

I am going to apply again however, I do not want to complicate my case further.
Most of my earnings originate from PayPal and Pyoneer, which I then transfer to my bank account. I receive over £1000 a month.
In my first application, I declared that the origin of the funds in my bank account is from savings rather than from my self employment.
I didn't think it was necessary to explain all of this as my main occupation is a student and my account balance never falls below £4000.
I am really keen to visit the UK, however, I don't want to cause a mess with my application.

(given false information when applying for a visa, leave to enter, or leave to remain)

Just to clarify, in my first application, I have only ticked that I have savings, I didn't tick that I have another source of income.
Do I have to admit that: I gave false information when applying for a visa, leave to enter or remain
Or is the mistake a small one and I don't need to tick this but just clarify it at the end of the application in the additional info.
