Help Help IHS non payment

Evening People,
I need urgent help pls with a recent submitted application for spousal VISA for my wife, unfortunately when I submitted the application I wasn't asked to pay the IHS fee however the VISA fee was paid and my wife has already been for her biometrics, I am worried that the application will be declined or delayed as a result of not paying the IHS fee through no fault of mine can anyone (1) tell me what to do pls also tell me if this will affect the application negatively in anyway (2) what is the email address to contact the IHS people here in the UK maybe I could fire off an email and what to say as well pls and (3) if there's any phone number for IHS department. Any advise will be valuable

What category of spouse visa (settlement visa, PBS Dependent.....)?

IHS is part of the online system, not sure how you missed this. Maybe list what exactly you chose on the drop down menus as visa type and category.
