Born kid in uk

Hi
I am on tier2 Visa.My 10 year going to complete in uk January 2020.i want to do Long residency ILR.My husband also going to complete 10 year with me as a spouse.we have 2 daughters born in uk.one is 7 year 2 months and she have India passport.and she has dependent visa.Second daughter she is 2 year 10months old.she has indian passport she born in uk but I didn't apply dependent visa for her.so my question is when I will apply 10 year ILR.what I can apply for my second daughter that she can get ILR or she can apply British passport direct.

Once either parent has ilr you can apply to register the children as British on form MN1. This is required and needs to be approved before you can apply for British passports.
