ILR life in uk

Hi ,
I have an ILR spouse visa superiority appointment on Monday, my situation is my life in UK certificate damage ,so I took exam again and I failed. Then the helpline number said once you passed you passed.

So now my confusion is do the home office have record of my fail test aswe?

Can anyone please help as I am so much worried about it.
