Deportation Query

Hello everybody
I would like to know if someone has the same case as I do!
I have applied for asylum in Ireland in 2016
They refused my application at first instance, and then I applied for live to remain.
But it was taking to long the process and I left the country at the end of 2010.
When I left the country I had given an address to receive any paperwork that they wore going to send to me about my application.
While I was living outside of the country in 2016, they send letters to the address I had given, stating that the ministry of justice had given me a deportation order..!

Since 2011, I have two kids and and I have been living with a Italian partner since then. (We are an married)
Now we are living in Ireland and I want to apply for Eu residents card.

I would appreciate if anyone ca tell me how to proceed.
