PBS dependent - IHS form query

Hello,

Extension of my PBS dependent ends in Sep 2019, however, I traveled when i first got the visa and I am not eligible to apply for ILR for another 6 months. I am going to apply for extension visa PBS dependent for the second time.
My question is healthcare surcharge. When i first applied, my partner was in Tier 2 intra company, now he has British Citizenship. In the IHS form, i choose Tier 2 intra company for the "visa route" section, then the form asks for "work end date". There is no work end date now, as my partner already got citizenship, and there is no end to it. If i enter passport end date, which is 2025, then surcharge calculates as GBP 2600, date is not correct and i will end up paying ridiculous amount.

What should i write to the "work end date", 3 years? (as normally extensions are 3 years as far as i know)

Or can i write as 1 year, i wont be using the visa anyway, i will apply for ILR in February.
