Set(O) applying before 28 days qualification period

Hi Guys,

I'm applying for an ILR via the Tier 2 General route. Just need some clarification to avoid making mistakes.

My first visa valid date 31 Oct 2014 - 30 Nov 2017
(Visa Extension) BRP valid issue date 24 Nov 2017 - 28 Nov 2019

I entered the UK on 31 October 2014. My BRP has an expiry date of 28 November 2019 (a month extra).

That means I can apply from 03 October 2019 and onwards, right?

Correct. You should apply using form SET(O)
