TIER 2 visa extension QUESTION! Need HELP!!!!

Hey everyone,

I need an urgent help upon advice!!
Considering my introduction:
I am a Malaysian, previously Tier 4 and now Tier 2, working as a pharmacist, and my current Tier 2 visa expires at 14th of August 2019. I have a few questions as follows:

1) What is the minimum length on working contract required if I want to extent my tier 2 visa?
2) I am current doing my pre registration training pharmacist (23k gbp per year) and would like to continue my training further more, is the minimum salary still the same?
3) Lets say if i want to work for a further 5 months, can i extent my visa for 3 years or more? or 1 or 2 years probably?
4) How to get a 3 year worth of working visa, when the length of your working contract length is less than that?
5) Lets say if i got a 1 year length tier 2 visa extension, and i quit the job at 6 month time, what should i do? do i still have right to stay for another 6 months?
6) Lets say if my visa expired at 14th of aug, and i apply for extension at 10th of august, using a standard service (8 weeks decision), do i still have right to stay in the UK whilst application process, but beyond the expiry date of the current visa?
7) unrestricted COS is the one i need to ask my employer to get, in order to extent?

My answers below is from what I know about tier 2. I'm not a solicitor.

1) What is the minimum length on working contract required if I want to extent my tier 2 visa?
Ans: The maximum length for you to stay in Tier 2 visa is 6 years. How long have you been working under tier 2? However, you can apply for indefinite leave to remain after being in Tier 2 for 5 years.
2) I am current doing my pre registration training pharmacist (23k gbp per year) and would like to continue my training further more, is the minimum salary still the same?
Ans: I think you have to be classified as an experience worker.
3) Lets say if i want to work for a further 5 months, can i extent my visa for 3 years or more? or 1 or 2 years probably?
Ans: If you want to work for only 5 months, just extend your visa for 1 year! So you don't have to pay extra years for IHS.
4) How to get a 3 year worth of working visa, when the length of your working contract length is less than that?
Ans: The lenght of your work contract defines the lenght of visa. If your new contract is 3 years, the CoS issued by your sponsor should be 3 years (or combined with the lenght of your tier 2 should not exceed 6 years)
5) Lets say if i got a 1 year length tier 2 visa extension, and i quit the job at 6 month time, what should i do? do i still have right to stay for another 6 months?
Ans: If you quit your job, you have no right to stay in the UK. Your visa is tied with your sponsor. Once you quit your job, your sponsor (company) will no longer sponsor you so they will cancel your visa.
6) Lets say if my visa expired at 14th of aug, and i apply for extension at 10th of august, using a standard service (8 weeks decision), do i still have right to stay in the UK whilst application process, but beyond the expiry date of the current visa?
Ans: Yes, you have the right to stay once you submit your application.
7) unrestricted COS is the one i need to ask my employer to get, in order to extent?
Ans: Yes.

TIER 2 visa extension eligibility. URGENT!!

URGENT!!!

My tier 2 visa expires at 14th august 2019, and my working contract ends yesterday (31st JUL 2019). And I wish to start working in the same job and the same employer either on 3rd of august or 25th august 2019.

1) am i eligible to extent my visa? or treated as a NEW tier 2 visa application?
2) should i get restricted or unrestricted COS?
3) does my employer need to go through RMLT?

I was on tier 4 previously till act 2018 last year, then was on tier 2 from last year 1st of august 2018 to 14th august this year 2019, my employer would like to sponsor me with tier 2 either on extension or new application tier 2, should he/she get a ISC liable or exempt from ISC??
