How long is the HSMP letter valid for

Hiya Folks,

I received my hsmp letter a month a month ago and am planning the best time to submit the flr application. I need my passport for work purposes and as much as possible am trying to plan when I will be without it.

Any ideas how long the hsmp letter is valid for & does anyone have experience of how long their flr's took?

For an In-country applicant, it is valid for six months from the date on the letter.
Read your letter carefully.
