The second question is: can we apply in Poland for the tier 2 visa, since Poland is now our country of residence (we have a Schengen visa valid til 08/2019)?[/quote]but I have lived in Poland for 10 months.
once I moved from Brazil, I closed my bank accounts and now all our money is on my wife's account (in Brazil). We do not have enough funds for our two in a Polish bank account, but we have more than enough in the Brazilian bank account, but as I said, this account is only in the name of my wife. So, can I use my wife's account to prove that we have enough money for the visa process?
Are you 'living' in Poland on a normal tourist Schengen visa???
Can I clarify, what do you mean by 'both applying'? He is applying for a Tier 2 visa (which is independent of his wife). His wife will likely be applying for a dependent visa. I do not know anything about applying for a dependent visa so I don't know if the person applying for a dependent visa combines their application with the husband on Tier 2 application. If you are both applying, then yes you can use any bank account in either of your names.
It's a really good question. I understood "both applying" as both applying at the same time, she as dependent and I as tier 2 and sending documentantion at the same time.Sheff1810 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 9:15 amCan I clarify, what do you mean by 'both applying'? To simplify this, lets forget about his wife entirely. Would it be possible for him to prove sufficient funds in his Tier 2 application if the funds are under his wife's name? Also, isn't there an exemption to the sufficient funds required if the sponsor is an A-rated Tier 2 sponsor?
Thank you.
Correct. But if you want to use the degree to meet the English requirement, then you need NARIC.gustavomendes wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2019 8:40 amThanks CR001,
I don't need to prove my engineering degree to the HO, I need to prove only my English knowledge. Is that rigth?
Many thanks.
Hello dear,
This applies to countries where there are no application centres, i.e. Syria. You may have to travel to get to your nearest visa application centre (this could be in another country).
Oh... That's too bad.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 01, 2019 4:08 pmYou need to apply in a country where you have legal residence, i.e. not as a visitor.
