Locum work through two agencies .

Hi I am working regular full time job and i do 20 hrs per week maximum work as and when through two different agencies and one hospitals bank .

Its same level and does not exceed 20 hrs.

My question is it legal to work through two different agencies and bank as second job or it should be one agency or one hospitals bank only on a tier 2 ?

If somebody kind enough can please respond as its adding little stress
