Which route is best???

hi all want to genuine advice please.
Here is my details:

First entry as a student april 2011 then after degree switch tier 2 in may 2015 . Then extension in feb 2018 so now i have valid visa till march 2021. For 10 years just i have few days gap that will be manage if will go through 10 years route.
for tier 2 i will completing my 5 years in april 2020. But my company license was revoked in Jan 2019 but still i didn't get curtailment letter. I am trying to finding new sponsor but its very hard find now its already 7 months gone.

Now my question is:

1: If i find the sponsor now it will take more than 1 month for RLMT and 2 more months for visa granted (standers service). so i have nearly 9/10 months gap so in this situation HO reject the visa application ? and suppose i will got my visa Nov 2019 after 4/5 month work then can i apply IRL in april 2020? It will be any issue of long gaps?

2: Now 10 years route : stay as it is wait for curtailment letter if not get that in march 2021 apply ILR 10 years route . is it suitable and safe option ? please advice which route i will go ? and i am not finding sponsor so is it best to wait and apply 10 years route?
