Spouse Visa Employment Query

Post by anutri27 » Fri Aug 02, 2019 10:40 pm

I have UK ILR and my wife is going to reapply for spouse visa application since it was rejected earlier.
Last time , we submitted the application through www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk.
This time we are submitting through visas-immigration.service.gov.uk where we don't need to fill VAF4A-Appendix2 form.
I am self employed(A director or employee of a specified limited company based in the UK).
There is one question :Does <Sponsor Name> have a confirmed offer of employment in the UK starting within 3 months of their return?
I checked AF4A-Appendix2 form. This question was applicable on those sponsors who are not permanently resident in the UK and will be returning to the UK to work.

What should I mention here ?
