For your wife's FLR(M) extension she will need A2 level English which is on the Home Office approved list of tests/test providers.

Yes, you do need to submit evidence of co-habitation over the 2 year period. There is no concession if you have children. You either need to submit 6 examples of address if in joint names, or 6 each if in single names. These must be from at least 3 different sources and spread as evenly as possible over the qualifying period. Any bills/correspondence with name, date and address will generally be accepted.

For example, TV licence, Council tax, GP/medical letters, utility bills, mobile phone statements, tenancy agreement etc.

One example (or two if in single names) every 4 months or so is the general guidance, to ensure you are not leaving a significant gap in the co-habitation period.

The NHS surcharge is £1,000 in addition to the visa fee.

Also remember that doing B1 ielts life skills which is almost same like A2 in preparation & cost wise will be more beneficial at present and in future too without sitting again for B1 test which is needed for ILR.

IHS increased to £400 per year in January, so for a 2.5 year visa it is £1000.

If you have 6/12 months of payslips and employer letter then p60 is not needed. Bank statements are mandatory

I am asking about co-habitation docs not about financial requirements.

As you have mentioned i need 6 different document to prove co-habitation.

I have following only hence need some suggestion please.

p60 + payslips
bank statements
copy of old tenancy agreement on joint name as we have bought house now so it is not on joint name.
gp registration letter.

Just checked visa expiry date and I still have more than 6 months left so can i add my name now on below

council tax
electricity bill
water bill
and i have recently been added in voters list.

any suggestions please.

P60 is a financial document can also work as proof of cohabitation.

If you add your name now then it will only fill the gap from now onward while leaving the previous gap. But apart of utility bills and bank statements you can attach any document which shows your name, address and date such as car insurance document, dvla letter, national insurance letter, mobile bill, hospital letter, tesco clubcard, new sim letter, p60/p45, medical prescription, and so on. Search your room/cupboard you will find a lot like them.
