ILR on Tier 2 - change of salary not reported

Hi,

I'm currently on Tier 2 and about to apply for my ILR in a year.

My company was facing some difficulties and I was put at risk of redundancy, long story short I've agreed a settlement that includes lowering my salary from 50K to 40K.

They've re-issued me a contract with the new salary but with the same job and added that I'll be working between two sites. I'm not sure if they've reported this to UKVI, will there be any risk at my ILR application if they didn't report it?

They should report this via SMS. Also for your ILR, your salary cannot be lower than the SOC code min
