Cancelling a seperation

Post by Asu12345 » Mon Aug 05, 2019 12:16 pm

Hi.. I'm new to this site and this forum but very very confused as to what I need to right now with my situation. Sorry if I have come to the wrong place first of all.
So I sponsored my husband to come to uk via spouse visa and he came about 1 and a half yrs ago. We have been having problems on and off and it got to the point where he got physical with me my mum and brother and that too in front of our daughter.. this was about 2 months ago. I wrote to the immigration curtailment team to notify them that we have separated as our marriage is not working. I sent this letter 2 months ago and haven't been living with my husband since. I sent all the proof I could to make my case strong and even sent pictures of bruises and also recordings in a usb stick where it is blatant that my husband was at fault. However, after a lot of thinking and going round and round in circles I have come to the conclusion that I would like to give him his final chance as to me personally I believe when someone gets a push they change for the better. He has not seen his wife or daughter for 2 months now and has admitted he is at fault to his and my entire family. I have also decided for him to get a property whether it be on rent or mortgage so that he can have full responsibility and I will not be moving in with him until he does so, as some of our problems were also over money so i want him to be more responsible. I do want to give him a final chance and if he was to mess up then I will not let him off so lightly. However, my question is with all the proof that I have already sent will the home office dismiss the letter I intend on sending that will mention that I am willing to give it another go for the sake of our daughter? Also, is there a chance that home office may refer to social services as I have mentioned our daughter seeing this in the letter I already sent the home office. Please please any advice would be much appreciated. I do feel like I'm in the deep end of things and cant seem to get out but any advice would he great! :? :(
