ILR

Post by mt2019 » Mon Aug 05, 2019 9:05 pm

Dear Experts,

Please help!

I came to the UK on 23rd December 2009 on tier 4 visa and then I switched to tier 2 in January 2019.
I have a visa until June 2020. However, my employer gave me a notice last month and my last day of the employment will be 6th August 2019, which is tomorrow.

Now,
1. Is my employer allowed to inform the home office before 6th August 2019?
2. How many days does the home office minimum take to send me a curtailment letter? (in the worst scenario)
3. As I eligible for ILR on 26th November 2019, will i be able to make it easily?
4. If I am one month short in the worst scenario, can i pass it easily with FLR(FP)?
5. Can I make a postal application for FLR(FP) or is it online?
6. How many days will i minimum get to send my biometric information ( in the worst scenario)?

Thank you.
