Has anyone ever changed address during teir 2 application?

Hello house.

My wife and I have applied for our T2 extension but had to change address whilst waiting for decision.

We have updated this with the UKVI and have also received a confirmation message that our address is updated. The problem is we have now waited for 7 weeks and yet to receive any correspondence (don't worry I'll be in contact to check for update after week .

It is possible that this has been sent to our old address? Has anyone had any experience and was there any issue after changing address?

Did you set up a Royal Mail redirection service for your post??

Hoping to check the old address this week. It's not been easy to get the estate guys to give me access as the property as it is still empty.

Yes, but royal mail redirect is not the solution here because ukvi use DX not royal mail.

My question is if someone has had this experience before and if so, was there any issue after the change of address?
