Should My child apply with MN1 form while his mum applying ILR

Hi everyone,

I am a british national. My wife arrive on spouse wife 5 years ago and 1 child on dependent.

No i am applying ILR for my wife, shall i apply ILR for my child or i need to apply with MN1 form.

For child born abroad, one of parent should have nationality and other should have atleast ILR. My wife is applying ILR. Will will affect MN1 application?

If child born abroad, child is expected to also hold ilr before applying for citizenship.

I become british throught Tier 1 route in June 2015.

My son and wife arrive in UK at end of 2016.

I have two other kids both have born in uk and have british passports.

Do you think we need to apply ILR first and later we will fill mn1.

Can someone suggest if I will need to apply mn1 for my child or I will need to apply indefinite?
