Withdraw Firsf Tier 1 Tribunal

Dear expert ,

Can I withdraw my appeal which is in 1st Tribunal court. My hearing is on 15th August. And I am eligible for for ILR on 21st August.

Can I make fresh application for ILR after my 1st Tier 1 withdrawal appeal.



Note I have prematurely applied my ILR but this got rejected
