Hi I am on ILR Visa
my son is on tier2 dependent visa.
his visa expires on 20th August.
should i have to apply ILR dependent or British ?

You need to wait as both parents need ILR before the child can apply for ILR on form SET(F).

and if the other Parent dont get the ILR decision by 20th Aug.
what is the child Visa situation ?

Is it okay to apply SET F for child, explaining in the note.
